1. Forming the Agreement

3. Age Restriction
zay99 services are available to users aged 21 and above (21+) only. If any age restriction violation is found, the account will be closed immediately and all remaining balance may be forfeited.
4. Deposits
4.1 Deposit Methods
You can deposit at zay99 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. No other deposit methods outside of these will be accepted by zay99.
4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
A minimum of 3,000 Ks per transaction is required regardless of the deposit method used. zay99 cannot process deposits below this amount.
4.3 Deposit Processing Time
Deposits are generally processed quickly, but may take longer due to banking delays or verification checks. If funds have not arrived, please contact zay99 customer support.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount per withdrawal is 10,000 Ks. zay99 cannot process withdrawal requests below this amount.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
After zay99 reviews your withdrawal request, it will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing may take longer in the following situations — bank holidays, cases requiring additional verification, and large withdrawal amounts.
5.3 Verification
zay99 may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) check before processing a withdrawal. This may include submitting your national ID and personal information. It is the user's responsibility to cooperate with any verification process.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
The zay99 welcome bonus gives you 100% of your first deposit amount as a bonus, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.
For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you 40,000 Ks in your account. To withdraw funds from this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 10 times — 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
6.2 Bonus Terms
- The bonus is available once per person, per household, and per IP address.
- Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
- If zay99 suspects that a bonus is being used for purposes other than intended, the bonus may be revoked.
- zay99's decisions regarding bonuses are final.
6.3 Referral Bonus
Under the Refer a Friend program, the referrer will receive 8% of the referred person's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per referral. In addition, the referrer will receive 0.3% of the referred person's valid bets as a weekly commission.
7. Fair Play
zay99 uses SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game results. Each game result is random, and no player can know the outcome in advance. Any attempt to manipulate results through software exploits, hacking, or any other unfair means is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zay99 platform—
- Committing or attempting to commit money laundering
- Attempting to manipulate game results through hacking, software, or any means of predicting outcomes
- Opening multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain bonuses
- Depositing or withdrawing under a third party's name
- Playing in a way that breaks the game rules or goes against the natural flow of the game
- Treating zay99 staff in a disrespectful or abusive manner by any means
9. Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Conditions under which zay99 may close an account
If a breach of these terms is found, if there is reason to believe that false information has been provided on a user's account, or if non-financial suspicious activity is detected, zay99 may close the account without prior notice, including when required by law.
9.2 User-initiated closure
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. If a balance remains, it may only be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal limits and wagering requirements.
